By registering on our platform, submitting an enquiry form, speaking with our Relationship Manager, or otherwise using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You must be legally eligible to enter into a marriage under the laws applicable to you
• You must be unmarried, divorced, or widowed — and represent your correct marital status truthfully
• You must provide accurate, complete, and genuine personal information during registration
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from our platform
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above criteria. Misrepresentation of eligibility is grounds for immediate termination of your membership without notice or refund.

Registration & Account

When you register with VIP MatrimonialToday, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide only truthful, accurate, and complete information in your registration and all subsequent communications
• Keep your contact details and profile information up to date at all times
• Not register on behalf of another person without their explicit, written consent
• Not create duplicate registrations or profiles on our platform
• Promptly inform us of any changes to your marital status, residence, or other material circumstances

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials shared with you by our team.

Our Services

VIP MatrimonialToday provides premium matrimonial matchmaking services including, but not limited to:

We provide a platform to facilitate matrimonial introductions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including a successful marriage. Our role is to curate and introduce — the ultimate decision in any alliance rests entirely with the individuals and families involved.

Certain services may be provided free of charge, while premium membership plans may be offered at additional cost. Details of any applicable fees will be communicated clearly by your Relationship Manager before any commitment is required.

Prohibited Conduct

As a member of our exclusive network, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself, your family, or your circumstances
• Using our platform for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial alliance-seeking
• Harassing, intimidating, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other members, their families, or our team
• Sharing, publicising, or misusing any information, photographs, or contact details received about potential matches
• Approaching matches for commercial, business, or financial solicitation purposes
• Attempting to access profiles, data, or communications not intended for you
• Impersonating any individual, family, or organisation
• Using our service while already in a committed relationship or marriage without full transparency
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Indian law or the laws of your country of residence

Content Standards

All information, photographs, and content submitted to us must comply with the following standards:

• All photographs must be genuine, recent, and of yourself — no filters, proxies, or AI-generated images
• Profile descriptions must be truthful and not exaggerated or misleading in any material way
• Content must not be offensive, discriminatory, or violate any applicable law
• You must hold all rights to any content you submit to us, or have appropriate permission to share it
• Content must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

We reserve the right to review, edit, remove, or reject any content that does not meet these standards, without prior notice and without liability. Submission of non-compliant content may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

Fees & Payments

Initial registration and consultation with our Relationship Manager are provided free of charge. Premium membership plans, where applicable, are governed by the following terms:

• All fees, plan details, and inclusions will be communicated to you clearly and in writing before any payment is requested
• Payments are accepted via the methods specified at the time of enrolment
• Membership fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of enrolment
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to existing members
• Any disputes regarding billing must be raised in writing within 30 days of the disputed transaction

Limitation of Liability

VIP MatrimonialToday acts as a facilitator of matrimonial introductions. While we take every reasonable step to verify profiles and curate quality matches, we expressly disclaim the following:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of information provided by members — all members are individually responsible for their representations
• We do not guarantee a successful matrimonial match, marriage, or any particular outcome from your membership
• We are not responsible for the conduct, behaviour, or actions of any member before, during, or after introductions facilitated through our platform
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from interactions between members, whether facilitated by us or otherwise
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the six months preceding any claim

We strongly recommend that members exercise their own due diligence, seek independent verification where necessary, and involve trusted family members in the process of evaluating any proposed alliance.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, copy, photographs, and materials on our website and in our communications are the exclusive intellectual property of VIP MatrimonialToday / matrimonialtoday.com, unless otherwise attributed.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without prior written consent
• Our name, logo, trademarks, and service marks may not be used without our express written permission
• You retain ownership of personal photographs and information you submit to us, but grant us a limited licence to use such content solely for the purpose of providing our matchmaking services
• This licence terminates upon the deletion of your membership

Termination

Either party may terminate the membership arrangement in accordance with the following:

• By you: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting your Relationship Manager or writing to admin@matrimonialtoday.com. Applicable refund terms per your membership plan will apply.
• By us — with notice: We may suspend or terminate your membership for non-payment, breach of these Terms, inactivity, or for any other legitimate reason with reasonable notice where feasible.
• By us — without notice: We reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate your membership without notice or refund if you engage in fraudulent activity, harassment, misrepresentation, or any conduct that we deem harmful to our members or our organisation.

Upon termination, your profile and personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The following applies to any disputes arising from your use of our services:

• All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with our management team
• If amicable resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
• The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India
• The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English or Hindi
• For matters not amenable to arbitration, the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
